Join the mind behind the bees for a fun, hour-long session of sampling honey and whisky. From 2:00 to 3:00 PM, Beth will talk all things honey-making (with some show-and-tell), and you’ll get to participate in a honey tasting. Then we’ll pull out a couple of iterations of the Spirit Hound malt whisky finished in used honey barrels, and you’ll have a chance to compare and contrast the different ‘vintages’. Meats, cheeses and honey comb will be included for snacking. Limited space available, be sure to sign up ASAP.
