Sweet, fruity nose with vanilla and caramel. Rich, buttery toffee and honey flavors with an oaky cinnamon bite on the back end and a tinge of dryness. Lingers spicy and woody on the tongue.

Initial nose is malty and tart, but as the whisky opens it transitions to oaky and fruity, with notes of graham cracker and apple. Medium body, with earthy and malty notes that give way to sweet fresh oak. Finish has a zing, and lingers spicy on the tongue.

Nose has hints of juicy fruit – apple, peach and pear – that is balanced by caramel and peat. Taste is initially oaky and sweet, but transitions to herbal and dry, with a slightly smoky and cooling mouthfeel. Notes of white pepper and menthol linger on the tongue.

Toasted oak nose with hints of vanilla wafer and grass smoke. Malty, oaky taste with a thick mouthfeel and spicy cinnamon notes. Finish is lightly peaty and dries quickly, but lingers on the tongue with notes of cherry wood and brown sugar.

Nose is complex, with earthy and oaky notes balanced by butterscotch and apple. Rich mouthfeel with an initial demerara sugar sweetness that turns spicy and pleasantly tart. Light peat finish that has the cooling character of eucalyptus.
