Barrel # 77

Nose has hints of juicy fruit – apple, peach and pear – that is balanced by caramel and peat. Taste is initially oaky and sweet, but transitions to herbal and dry, with a slightly smoky and cooling mouthfeel. Notes of white pepper and menthol linger on the tongue.

Barrel #49

Earthy and herbal nose with slightly nutty tones as the whisky opens; soft, smooth initial flavors of honey and caramel that expand to vanilla and white pepper. Woody cinnamon finish that mellows on the exhale.

Barrel #17

Fruity nose with hints of dried apricot.  Raisins and spicy white pepper on the palate, which carry through to the finish.
