Sweet butterscotch nose with hints of barrel char. Taste is initially sweet and buttery, with notes of raw honey. Mid-taste the whisky dries, with earthy and smoky notes. Finish lingers with a cooling woody spiciness.

Fruity nose with hints of peach and apricot. Flavor starts out smooth with molasses and candied cherry notes, then gives way to a slightly drier woody spiciness. Finish is soft with slight traces of honey.

Nose has hints of mango and woody cedar. First sip is sweet up front and drier on the back end; flavor of this barrel is predominately cinnamon-like spicy wood with balancing notes of honey.
