We call it ‘Colorado Sambuca’ as a nod to the origin of our state - meaning ‘colored red’. Making for a fine digestif, Colorado Sambuca is infused with an ample amount of wild-grown elderberries. The addition of whole, organic star anise imbues our version of this classic liqueur with a licorice flavor that one would expect from a world-class sambuca.

1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz Jack Rudy elderflower tonic syrup
Large splash club soda
