A designation unique to the United States and created in 1897, the term “Bottled in Bond” represents quality in craft whisky in the modern day; it is aged for at least four years, bottled at exactly 100 proof, and – most importantly – produced by the distiller whose name is on the label. The extra aging of Spirit Hound’s Bottled in Bond whisky imparts a round and nutty character, with the higher proof showing a richness only hinted at with our classic Straight Whisky.

GILDED OLD FASHIONED
2 oz Spirit Hound Bottled in Bond Straight Malt Whisky
1/4 oz Assam black tea syrup
5 drops cardamom bitters
Orange peel & Bordeaux cherry garnish
Add all ingredients to shaker, add ice, shake, and double strain into old fashioned (rocks) glass. Garnish with cinnamon.
