MOUNTAIN BUM RUM
Aged in used whisky barrels.
This rum is distilled from Caribbean-sourced, fancy-grade molasses and cane sugar in our hand-made copper still using pristine Rocky Mountain snowmelt water. Aged for up to two years in used Spirit Hound Whisky barrels, Mountain Bum Rum has spicy oak notes and a molasses character that respects rum's true origins.
Butterscotch candies, mandarin orange
Bright lime zest, viscous mouthfeel, rich butterscotch
Hints of spice
2 oz Spirit Hound Mountain Bum Rum
3/4 oz lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
Lime twist garnish with dash of grated cinnamon
Add all ingredients to shaker, add ice, shake and double strain. Garnish with grated cinnamon and lime twist.
